January 7, 2008 - A new support group for parents of
children with special needs is being launched to assist
parents of children with special needs in the Duanesburg
school district.
This group will provide information, advocacy, recreational
opportunities and community resources to interested parents
and their children. Come to the introductory meeting on
Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. (Snow Date Jan. 31)
in the Duanesburg High School library to learn more
and get involved.
The group will be brainstorming future activities and
developing a path forward based on input - so come with
ideas and suggestions!
