
November 26, 2007 - From becoming a veterinarian to an
attorney, teacher or police officer, high school
students explored a variety of career opportunities on Nov.
6.
In its second year, the
career fair organized by high school counselor Alicia
Kirkpatrick, provides freshman, sophomore and junior students with an informal opportunity
to meet with different professionals. This year, fifteen
representatives were on-site at the Duanesburg Middle/High
School to answer student's questions, describe their career
and employer as well as detail their educational background.
