July 27, 2009—A new bus route (#15) has been established as part of the district's ongoing efforts to ease overcrowding, shorten the length of time students are on the bus and to help eliminate the need for students to cross the road.

The new route will follow state Route 30 North to Upper Oak Hill Road, then onto Schoonmaker Road to Youngs Road and finally onto Route 7 (Duanesburg Road) to Quaker Street.

This change will affect approximately 25 students currently on bus route number three. Individual letters will be sent home to affected students by approximately the third week in August.
