"Beauty Lou and the Country Beast" is a success

July 29, 2006 - More than 50 DCS students in grades K-12 participated in the Missoula Children's Theatre musical production of “Beauty Lou and the Country Beast” this summer. Students learned the script and music in five days, before performing the final production on July 29. “I am amazed at how quickly it came together,” said Duanesburg music teacher Mira Ordon. “We have a great deal of talent in Duanesburg schools and it is wonderful that our school and the Duanesburg Education Foundation sponsor a summer program like this one so we can show it off.” This is the fourth summer for the Missoula program.
