collection with receipt of BOCES mini-grant |

| Students at the
MS/HS will benefit from sixty-nine new hardcover
books through the receipt of a BOCES School Library
System Mini-Grant. |
May 24, 2007 - The
Middle/High School library was recently awarded a BOCES School
Library System Mini Grant in the amount of $1,500 to purchase
new library books.
The grant was
competitive and was awarded on the basis of a written proposal
submitted last fall.
The library was able to purchase sixty-nine beautiful new
hardcover books that will give students more access to
non-fiction materials at the early middle school level. Books
were purchased that support the new 6th grade health
and study skills curriculum as well as the 6th grade
science and social studies curriculum.
The new books
will be on display in the library through June 8, 2007. |
