Dear Parents/Guardians,

With the end of the 2007-2008 school year quickly approaching, I would like to update you on several year-end activities (*7th & 8th grade parents, please note the time changes of the middle school awards assemblies). Please mark your calendars for the following school events:

Thursday, May 28: 95 or Above Club Breakfast, 7:45am
Monday, June 2: HS Awards Ceremony, 9 a.m. Grades 9-12
Monday, June 9: 7th & 8th Grade Awards Assemblies (8th grade-9am, 7th grade-10:30am)
Wednesday, June 11: Final Exams for grades 7-12
Monday, June 16: Last day of classes for grades 7-12
Thursday, June 19: Grade 6 Picnic, 12 noon/Awards Ceremony, 2 pm
Sunday, June 22: Baccalaureate
Friday, June 27: Graduation and Senior Awards, 7 pm, HS Gym

The last full day of regular class instruction is Monday, June 16, 2008. All students required to take local final exams in classes Wednesday, June 11 – Monday, June 16. Students in grades 7-12 are not expected in attendance after June 16 unless they are taking a Regents/RCT exam. Morning Regents/RCT exams begin at 8:15 am and afternoon Regents/RCT exams will begin at 12 noon.
