Voters elect two candidates
to Board of Education
In the Board of Education race, incumbents John C. Iseman,
Esq. and Paul B. Munson III ran unopposed for two open seats
on the board. Both will serve three-year terms, effective
July 1, 2008. Iseman received 477 votes, while Munson
received 516 votes.
John C. Iseman, Esq.
John C. Iseman, Esq., of Quaker Street, will serve his
fourth term on the board. A district resident for 20 years, Iseman is an attorney. He is a member of the Lions Club and
Adirondack Triumph Association. He has volunteered for the Cub
Scouts, Boy Scouts and Christ Church. He and his wife,
Elizabeth, have three children: Two are Duanesburg graduates,
and the third attends Duanesburg High School.
Paul B. Munson III
Paul B. Munson III, of Garnsey Road, will serve his second term
on the board. A district resident for 30 years, Munson is a
video production specialist for the New York Police and a
freelance videographer/editor. He has volunteered for the
Middleburgh Reformed Church, serving on the consistory and
Pastor Search Committee. He lives with his wife, Teresa, and
their two children who attend Duanesburg Elementary School.
