CALL TO ORDER at 9:18 p.m. by President Hawes.

1. PROPOSITION #1 – Proposed Budget.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education accept the vote of
332 Yes and 282 No for the 2006-2007 School Year Budget in the amount of $13,200,662.
Motion by Trustee Munson, seconded by Trustee Holmes.
Yes: Hawes, Breitenstein, Holmes, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent. Iseman. Motion Carried.
2. PROPOSITION #2 – Bus Purchasing.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education accept the vote of
350 Yes and 248 No for the purchase of two (2) school buses at a maximum cost of $156,000.
Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Moreno.
Yes: Hawes, Breitenstein, Holmes, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent. Iseman. Motion Carried.
3. Board of Education Candidates.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education accept the following votes for three (3) Board of Education terms; three terms of three years each.
Bridget Holmes # of votes 488
Raymond Hawes # of votes 483
James Breitenstein # of votes 475
Motion by Trustee Moreno, seconded by Trustee Munson.
Yes: Hawes, Breitenstein, Holmes, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent. Iseman. Motion Carried.
