Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
minutes of the regular meeting of 8/15/06 as submitted.
Motion by V. Pres. Breitenstein, seconded by Trustee Munson.
Yes: Hawes, Breitenstein, Holmes, Moreno, Munson. Abstain: Remling.
Absent: Iseman. Motion Carried.

1. Adopt Administrative Conditions of Employment.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education adopt the
Administrative Conditions of Employment as submitted.
Motion by Trustee Munson, seconded by Trustee Holmes.

Iseman. Motion Carried.
2. Adopt Administrative Support Personnel Conditions of Employment.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education adopt the
Administrative Support Personnel Conditions of Employment as
submitted.
Motion by Trustee Holmes, seconded by V. Pres. Breitenstein.
Yes: Hawes, Breitenstein, Holmes, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent:
Iseman. Motion Carried.
3. Internal Auditor’s Comments.

Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
following warrants:

Capital Fund W#2 $16,932.27

5. Approve Financial Reports.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
Budget Status Report and Revenue Status Report as submitted.

6. Award Sale of Used Tractor.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education award the John
Deere Tractor Bid to Bruce Jarvis {* highest bidder} at a bid of
$317.27.
