2. Approve Financial Reports
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the Treasurer's Report, Budget Status Report and Revenue Status Report as recommended by the business administrator.

Motion by Trustee Iseman, seconded by Trustee Remling.

3. Approve Tax Warrant Adjustments 
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the following tax warrant adjustments for a total net change of -$4,531.29:

4. Budget Transfers
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the Budget Transfers dated 10/13/04 as recommended by the business administrator.

Motion by Trustee Iseman, seconded by Trustee Holmes.

1. Approve Appointments.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the following appointments as recommended by the superintendent. These appointments are contingent upon fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation.

1. Approve Field Trip
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the Field Trip to Salem, Massachusetts on October 28, 2004 as requested by Kempton Pierce, Sue Clark, Shannon Bennett and Phil Amelio.

Motion by V. Pres. Breitenstein, seconded by Trustee Holmes.

2. Accept Donation
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education accept the donation of two computers to the Middle/High School made by Brad and Julie Littlefield.

Motion by Trustee Krieger, seconded by Trustee Iseman.

3. Dispose of Obsolete Equipment
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the disposal of the storage trailer at the elementary school as obsolete equipment.

Motion by Trustee Schardt, seconded by Trustee Remling.
