2. Approve Bond
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the Elementary School Building Project Bond in the amount of $3,941,000 to FTN Financial Capital, low bidder. Bids were as follows:

Roosevelt & Cross @ 3.984762%
Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Munson.
Yes: Breitenstein, Hawes, Iseman, Moreno, Munson, Remling. Absent: Holmes. Motion Carried.
3. Adopt Substitute Teacher/Substitute Paraprofessional Pay Schedule
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education adopt the following pay schedule effective September 1, 2005 as recommended by the superintendent.
Substitute Teacher = uncertified $60 to $70/day
Substitute Paraprofessional = $39 to $40/day
= certified $$65 to $75/day
Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Iseman.
Yes: Breitenstein, Hawes, Iseman, Moreno, Munson, Remling. Absent: Holmes. Motion Carried.

1. Accept Resignation
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education accept the resignation of Mathew Mirabile, Math Teacher, effective December 31, 2005.
Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Iseman.
Yes: Breitenstein, Hawes, Iseman, Moreno, Munson, Remling. Absent: Holmes. Motion Carried.
2. Approve Appointment
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the following appointment as recommended by the superintendent. This appointments is contingent upon fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation.
