Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
minutes of the regular meeting of 8/1/06 as corrected.
Motion by Trustee Moreno, seconded by Trustee Munson.

Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
following warrants:

4. Approve Financial Reports.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
05-06 Final Budget Status Report, 05-06 Final Revenue Status Report,
06-07 Budget Status Report, 06-07 Revenue Status Report and
Treasurer’s Report as submitted.
Motion by Trustee Moreno, seconded by Trustee Munson.

5. Budget Transfers.
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the
Budget Transfers dated 8/9/06 as recommended by the business
administrator.
Motion by Trustee Munson, seconded by Trustee Moreno.

Remling. Motion Carried.
