1. Adopt Budget
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education adopt the 2005-2006 School Year Budget in the amount of $12,115,600 as recommended by the business administrator.

Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Krieger.

2. Approve Warrants
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the following warrants:

3. Approve Financial Reports

4. Approve Budget Transfers
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the Budget Transfers dated 3/30/05 as recommended by the business administrator.

1. Approve Leave of Absence Request
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the two-year Leave of Absence as requested by Donna Dunn as recommended by the superintendent.

2. Approve Appointments
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the following appointments as recommended by the superintendent. These appointments are contingent upon fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation.

Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education appoint Raymond Preusser as the District Auditor for the 2005-2006 School Year as recommended by the business administrator.

2. Approve Field Trip
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education approve the field trip as requested by Brian McGarry for Grade 6 to Medieval Times in NJ on May 5, 2005.
