SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
ANNUAL BOCES BUDGET VOTE/BOE ELECTIONS
April 23, 2007

CALL TO ORDER at 7:02 p.m. by President Hawes.
ROLL CALL President Hawes Present
Vice President Breitenstein Absent
Trustee Holmes Present
Trustee Iseman Present
Trustee Remling Present
Trustee Moreno Present
Trustee Munson Present
Also Present: Superintendent Villanti
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
BOCES ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET VOTE
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education authorize
the Capital Region Board of Cooperative Educational Services of
Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga Counties to expend the
sums set forth in the Administrative Budget document in the
total amount of $6,672,952 during the 2007-2008 school year and
to raise such sum by assessments to component school district,
non-component school districts, other BOCES and other sources as
deemed appropriate.
Motion by Trustee Remling, seconded by Trustee Holmes.
Yes: Hawes, Holmes, Iseman, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent:
Breitenstein. Motion Carried.
BOCES BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS VOTE VOTE FOR THREE
Recommendation that the Duanesburg Board of Education cast one
vote each for Board Candidates Robert Domenici, Kevin Kutzscher
and Rose Surman for the Capital Region BOCES Board.
Motion by Trustee Moreno, seconded by Trustee Iseman.
Yes: Hawes, Holmes, Iseman, Remling, Moreno, Munson. Absent:
Breitenstein. Motion Carried.
